Elmo are currently in GRAVITY studios recording their long awaited new album. With the final mixes expected to be completed by the end of the week the BAND cannot wait to get the new albums produced. The tunes are sounding "mighty" and there has already been interest from across the industry in the bands new sound. We will keep you posted on when the new albums will become available. Well here we go...Elmo have finally found their man: Fraser Malcolm is the new addition to the band on bass guitar. He was found wandering the depths of despair searching the scottish music scene for that 'special something' and he found...Elmo!

Just thought we better update you on what the band have been up to in the last few months. With the new album looming, the band have been preparing loads of new material and getting organised to record.... Hopefully the album will go on sale in the new year! On 26th June, Elmo played to an audience of thousands at the Carling Academy. "Miss Luv", "Blasphemy", "Here we are" and "Salvation" formed their set in a move which saw ELMO depart from old favourites, and play entirely new material. The reception from the crowd and judges was outstanding. Following a rocking performance by the band, Bob Smith picked up the prize for best guitarist, and several management companies have expressed an interest in meeting with the Band. Once again, Elmo would like to thank all of you who attended to show your support. We hope you had a good night, and look forward to seeing you at forthcoming gigs!
